The TimeLine Global Chronology

The TimeLine Global Chronology is the premier event utility for the study of world history and culture. TimeLine features a complete indexed and keyworded timeline that lets you search using natural Boolean language and get lists of events; search through history by date, person, place or keyword; collect all events based on certain criteria: (e.g. Women AND Vote, Poetry AND California, Washington NOT DC, War OR Military AND 1946); save and print all the events for any day. TimeLine is the world's largest timeline database, with over 400,000 records. [NOTE: The TimeMachine Global Chronology is the second expanded version of the original TimeMachine timeline, produced as a joint venture with Encyclopaedia Britannica in 1993 and subsequently distributed online as part of Apple Computer's eWorld Online Service.] Special Feature for Subscribers Now you can add your own timeline material to TimeLine, which will let your students compare their own local events to global and national happenings.
